One Orgreenic review said that the ceramic surface was easy to clean with a non-metallic scrubber and the food comes off, leaving the ceramic surface in a clean smooth condition. He also said that the surface was very durable and seemed to radiate far more infrared heat, making the food tastier.
Another reviewer said they had been using it everyday for a month and it was very easy to clean with a sponge. The Orgreenic pans are light weight, sturdy and the handle does not transmit heat.
One happy reviewer said that she made some omelettes after tempering the pan and she cooked it without oil. The eggs came off the pan very easily, no sticking and her brother said it was the best tasting omelette he had ever had.
One other user said that he had been using his Orgreenic pan for over 6 months, replacing his old Teflon pans. This pan shows no sign on coating problems unlike the old pans which he had to replace every year. He uses his pan to cook home fries with a little oil at high temperatures and has never experienced any sticking. He did complain that the glass cover for the pan was quite expensive but he improvised and used a different cover for the pan.
Some other reviewers did not like the pan as they said it was not as non stick as advertised but reading through some of those comments, this might be because they did not follow the instructions on how to season the pan before use. This is the most important step to do before the pans are used to ensure that it non stick.
